Decide on access points or network point locations

Once placement has been decided we can then plan cable routes, whether this is external or internal (usually the least disruptive method)

After the survey is complete we will provide to you with an accurate quotation

  • Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. I have Virgin Fibre at 350mb and have had apple AirPort Extreme routers for 3 years which have coped well but recently I have increased the load on the wi-fi network with security cameras and hive lights and plugs. As a result films started buffering, game playing on PS4 often resulted in freezing in play and speed tests would vary from 8kbps to 220mbps. I purchased a Linksys Mesh Wi-Fi system at great expense and despite having coverage on each floor the same issues prevailed. I was then recommended to use Axcess by a friend. They surveyed the house and then compiled a report and recommendations and were certain they could stop the issues and provide a more consistent speed throughout the house. Luckily I was still able to return the Linksys system for a full refund for a couple hundred more than the Linksys system I accepted the recommendations fully. A week later the install was complete and what a difference was made. 1gbps download speed from the wired in pc next to the new router and 450mb -800mb on wireless connections. 1 month on and no buffering experienced and a consistent 300mb speed is still achieved. Cannot fault these guys so if you have an internet problem make sure you speak to these before throwing good money after bad by trying things that you think might resolve it!!

  • We have long neglected truly dealing with internet connectivity in the same way you would invest in other aspects of the house, buying top of the range routers periodically papered over cracks and given the increasing demands on a household in the 21at century with smart devices and children talking about latency and lag we finally bit the bullet. Tom, was amazing from discussing our requirements, making suggestions and finally providing a comprehensive quote that explained every component in true layperson terms, I could not fault him. Thinking about wiring and making everything discrete seems to be their mantra and leaving everything neat and tidy. Tom provided an overall network that was seamless when moving from the house to the summer house where a wired access point was provided. There is a guest network and for added security my wife has a network just for her physio practice room. The endless stress of no internet and children wanting to reboot the network is gone. Cannot recommend enough.

  • Not very often we feel compelled to award a 5 star review or even take the time to write a review. However as Tom is nothing short of a techie genius and we felt we just had to try and help him by spreading the word about his newly formed company and the excellent service they provide.
